Hadassah Desert-Mountain Region -- January 2023

Message from the President

Ellen Burke.pngI am delighted and awed to be communicating with everyone as the new President of the Hadassah Desert-Mountain Region. I just got back from my first National Hadassah Assembly meeting in West Palm Beach, Florida. The four days of new information, trainings, and sisterhood felt like four weeks, I know my brain feels that way! What I can tell you right now is that our future looks bright. National Hadassah recognizes it must update with the times and is investing to make us stronger while making sure that we continue to support our amazing projects. For many of us, it is the sisterhood that makes us want to get together, others have their own reasons, but I think for all of us, we remain committed to Hadassah because of what we do with the funds we raise. Thanks to all for what you do keep Hadassah strong and our chapters vibrant.
 - Ellen Burke
