Living Leadership
ENCOURAGE OUR FUTURE LEADERS: The nominating committee is the gateway to getting future leaders. A purposeful nominating committee is an amazing tool. In addition to the attached tool, this month we are holding webinars to work with you to help open that path. Why we have committees, who should be on them, how they identify leadership and how they make the ask for the job will all be covered in the training. Leadership affects all that we do, membership, fundraising, advocacy, education. Having the right people in place to make things happen is the key. See the information in myHadassah under Trainings and Meetings to register for these workshops.
