Please also email hld@hadassah.org if you would like to set up a one-on-one conversation.

Web Support: New Process to Serve You Faster
EMAIL US FOR HELP: In order to better serve you and ensure a quick response we are expanding our support ticketing program. Effective immediately, we ask that all requests for assistance be sent to websupport@hadassah.org for technical issues related to Hadassah websites, myHadassah and Luminate emails, etc. Please do not send individual emails or leave voicemails for George Kastanos or Yoram Ezra, unless you have not received a response within 24-36 hours. Also, please note that if you send in a request after 2:00pm on a Friday or holiday, we will respond on the next business day, in the order of the requests.
