Since October 7, campus climate for Jewish students at many universities has changed, including at our own state university, Rutgers. We ourselves may be alumni, or our children and grandchildren may attend or have attended Rutgers. Please join us for a zoom meeting with Rabbi Esther Reed, Chief Experience Officer of Rutgers Hillel as she shares her perspective and experience, and addresses the challenges such as anti-Semitism and anti-Israeli sentiment, as well as the joys, of Jewish life on campus.
Rabbi Esther , the Chief Experience Officer at Rutgers University, has been with Rutgers Hillel since 2001. She received her rabbinic ordination and a master’s degree in Jewish women’s studies from Jewish Theological Seminary in 2001.
