What is in Your Genes? What You Need to Know about Jewish Ge

Please join us on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm Eastern Time on Zoom.

Ashkenazi Jewish men and women are disproportionately more likely to carry hereditary genetic mutations that can markedly increase their risk for disease. Join in for genetic education by Deborah Wasserman, MS, Genetic Counselor, and Tamar Adar, Manager of Genetic Counseling, as they discuss the newest advances in genetic testing for pre-conception, cancer screening and Parkinson’s research, and hear incredible survivor stories of those who took action to get the resources they needed to overcome their challenges. Knowledge is power!

This program is organized by Hadassah Nurses and Allied Health Professionals Council, and is open to all.
